K2 obtain preferential tariffs from our worldwide Partners, and we benchmark costs for each and every move. We then detail the move specifics to our Partners to ensure that the service supplied will be precisely tailored to your assignee's needs. Our invoicing is predictable, transparent and highly accurate.

This accuracy reflects two aspects of our service: firstly, it is evidence of our consistently high-quality methods of surveying. Secondly, the invoices themselves are created by the appointed K2 Service Manager, who is directly responsible for the billing of your account, allowing us to pre-empt potential additional costs, and ensure that you receive an accurate invoice.

In cases where a service is required which is outside of your moving policy, your account manager will seek special authorization, and any additional services will be detailed in writing along with a brief summary of the circumstances of the request.

K2 employs the services of Reusch International, enabling us to invoice and receive payment in any currency.
